At the same time, the group conducts training on the "Employee Handbook" including human rights content for all newly recruited employees and regularly organizes all employees to learn knowledge related to human rights.
In order to effectively prevent and control human rights risks, the group has established a human rights risk management system covering the entire life cycle: in the assessment stage, systematically identify the risks related to labor rights and interests and establish management systems; at the prevention level, continuously optimize the prevention mechanism through measures such as identity card verification, attendance system management, and rights protection training; in terms of supervision, the HROC conducts internal audits, and customers and third parties are introduced for audits. Once an incident of rights infringement occurs or a complaint is received, the group immediately initiates an investigation procedure, strictly pursues responsibility, provides affected individuals with support such as legal aid, financial compensation, and psychological counseling, and takes measures such as training, disciplinary actions, policy upgrades, and infrastructure improvements to prevent the recurrence of similar incidents. In addition, through channels such as the official website of Sunny Optical Technology, the WeChat official account of Sunny Family, and the employee feedback work order system, the group ensures that both internal and external stakeholders can provide feedback anonymously, fully protecting employees' personal information. Up to now, no human rights violations have occurred in the group.
